Our old friend DeDe Winfield from back in the long gone, halcyon days of the bike shop, went to the Cyclocross Worlds. She didn't just go as a spectator. After finishing 4th in the Elite women's race and WINNING the 30-34 race, she qualified and went representing the good old USA. DeDe didn't win, but she finished a respectable 32nd. People may poo-poo this, but those same people didn't even race in Belgium, nor will they ever...
Good looking out DeDe, I'm very proud of you!!! In my book, you are now a card-carrying BADASS!!!
