I went out with the group this morning and probably just should have stayed home. I knew the minute we rolled out that it was going to be a bad day. Bad legs, upset stomach, no HR...just really flat and blocky. When the group went left on Airbase, I turned right and came home...slowly. I guess I'm tired from Tuesday and Thursday and a lack of sleep...! I really can't blame the drugs, as I rode well on my previous two rides. I just feel like whipped shit right now. Maybe I need a nap...
