Hump Day

So you think your stem is slammed?  Well, it ain't!  Ryder's however...

Growing up as a child in Slovakia, Peter Sagan was on the track at an early age...

Oh yes...more hotness from Ritte...

Interesting ride last night.  Felt bad...rode bad.  Funny how that works.  First ride with any sort of heat and humidity, and it showed.  The wheels sort of came off near the airport.  Some days you're the windshield, some days you're the bug.
Guessing that a chiro/ART adjustment, AND a massage in the same day had something to do with my complete lack of legs last night.  Just felt noodly...
Oh well...it's just a bike ride.  Beat the hell out of riding the couch...

And you should watch this...

Good interview with a good rider, a GREAT dude, and my friend...

And Schleck is out of Le Tour?  Fractured pelvis?  I'm getting light headed from all of the jokes swirling about...
How will he get on the top bunk?
Will Frank accept the position of 'little spoon'?
Getting into the footie PJs might be painful...

There are some NC17 ones running around too, but as this is a PG13 show...

Namaste...
