Best ride of ManCation 2012

Look...my kids aren't afraid of the dirt roads...why are so many? ;)

9 hours of hauling the mail yesterday. If my bladder was larger than that of the common grey squirrel, it would have been 8:30...for 653 miles. You can work out my average moving speed. Let's just say it was a bit above posted speed limits...
The route down thru the unpopulated neither regions of Appalachia is both quicker, and far easier of the eyes and soul. And sometimes you get lucky and can pace a smoking hot chick in a hotted-up Mini Cooper. She was straight HOUSING that thing. The trip from Charlotte to Columbia took 1:03. It's @ 93 miles. Again, you can work out the math...

Fatigue caught up this morning, but rust never sleeps. Grass mowed, Yukon washed (looked like the wife got caught in a re-make of "From Dust to Glory"), rode with Junior Mgmt., hit Lowe's, and cleaned the road tar off the Ridley. Only took 45 minutes...and NO, the Magic Eraser did NOT work.

And I'm done...see you guys next week...which starts in less than 3 hours...

Namaste...

*And if you haven't seen "From Dust to Glory" please do so. You will be a better person for it!
