Joe Papp strikes again...

It seems that little cock-gobbler Joe Papp has claimed another victim. Sure, Phil Zajicek got popped for doping, but he got the death sentence because of a fucking snitch. A snitch who is FAR worse on the grand scale of doping offenses than even Armstrong, Clenbutador and Veinokourov.

I'd like to see the sport rid of the dopers, but not like this. Revamp the system! Make punishments harsher. Instead of a two year ban, throw the bums the hell out of the sport. Don't start throwing people out of the sport because a convicted, drug-dealing, felon cuts a deal to save his own smarmy hide.
And yes, there's a difference between what Phil Z, and MANY others have done, or might be still doing, and Papp. Papp was a doper, who set up a BUSINESS selling dope, ergo, he's no better than the douchebag mixing a batch of meth out in Lexington County. Both are drug dealers, PERIOD!
The meth cooker goes to jail, and can't get out. Papp snitched out everyone he knows to the USADA, and will probably get a walk. Equity...nope! They are the same person though...

Here's a better idea...
Papp misses his family in Cuba? Buy him a plane ticket, and send his ass to be with them! Life in Cuba is probably harder than prison anyway, except for the whole 'holding the pocket' thing!

I'm sure this will illicit a response from Mr. Papp, as he probably sits around all day Googling his name to see what people are saying about him, and that's fine. He'll say he's trying to save the sport. Bullshit! He's trying to save himself from being used as a sex toy in prison!

And on that note, I'm out! Mancation(tm) starts tomorrow. I'm heading North to hang out with some of the people on my short list, ride my bike through the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside, and relax. There will be updates next week...mostly pictures. I found some good loops to hit while I'm away...

Back in SC in a week or so...Peace!

Phil Zajicek got a "life sentence" for lying under oath at his second doping hearing, and for encouraging others to do the same.

So, by your own rationale, you should go to prison for fraud, selling drugs, trafficking drugs, and perjury.
You've become such a joke, and so utterly predictable that it's almost no fun to smack you down.
But again, thanks for stopping by and allowing me to do so.

Have to admit MM, I struggled to follow some of your argument in this one.

I don't think what happened to Phil Z is down to Joe P - sure, after his appearance at Floyd's hearing, he opened himself up to a level of scrutiny which is running its course with him. If only life was so simple that if he snitched on a few naughty boys, he'd get a sweet deal in court? I'm Joe P would love that too! Sadly, in the real world when you commit a federal crime it's pretty normal for things that the legal process would call evidence to be taken. Things like credit card statements, bank statements, paypal accounts, computers, email accounts, mobile phones, land lands.

This is the sort of hard evidence which actually stands up in court. One felon saying that another person did something a bit naughty is all very entertaining but achieves very little. Showing money transfers and call logs is perhaps a tad more compelling...

Phil Z landed himself in it. He bought and used PEDs for his own benefit. Sure he'll have a bunch of pretty good reasons for doing so, but the buck still stops with him. He is a grown-up after all.

My interest isn't in whether you think you're exercising power over someone with your words, but rather, refuting the suggestion that anyone other than Phil Zajicek is responsible for what happened to Phil Zajicek in the context of his sporting eligibility.

Oh, I fully agreed that PZ put himself in the situation he found himself in, but court records, and media outlets both show that the esteemed JMP helped push him across the 'lifetime ban' threshold.

I'm sure I'll get trashed on your page, and that's fine. It's the beauty of America and the internet. I just don't care. What YOU think of ME doesn't amount to a hill of beans, nor does affect my day.
Just remember to take your shots now, as you'll likely have limited WIFI access in the clink.

And we're done...

Pushed? I'm not sure I see where the push was?

I thought his lifetime ban came from the 2nd doping offence and the separate 3rd offence from lying at the AAA Panel?

Whilst I've no issues with your's and Joe's relationship, I'm not sure you've really got the cause and effect quite righto on this one?

Oh, I have no illusions that Phil Z isn't a putz and a doper. My issue is, and it's been reported in various media outlets, that JMP helped the process along by pointed his crooked little felon finger in the correct direction.
Sure, Phil Z was probably on his to a lifetime ban, and that's the proper decision.
The larger point is that JMP should be in jail right now. If it was you, or me, Steve, and we didn't have a list of 187 'clients' to throw under the bus, we'd be married to some 300 pound recitivist named RayRay.
