Gotta feel for Tejay after his efforts yesterday.  Froome...not so much...
And what about Quintana?  I kept shouting, "Say hello to my little friend..." at the TV. 
Yeah...and this happened...



Bad ride last night.  Felt bad...rode bad...
Not enough calories on board...not enough fluid on board.  Sat up and went into conservation mode to get back to Service Course.
Note to self, when the heat index is 95+, drink more...

And the newbie triathletes f'ed the ride, as is their usual M.O.
Doesn't matter how fast you are (or think you are) if you don't have any idea of how to ride in a group...

Time to order some tires.  It seems the new bike doesn't play well with the 25c Vittorias.
